1. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellations: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain smooth scheduling.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a 50% charge of the booked service may apply.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
2. Refund Policy
Service Refunds: Refunds are not generally offered once a service is provided. We take great care to ensure that every service is delivered with precision and to your satisfaction.
Partial Refunds: In case of a technical error or dissatisfaction with a service (within reasonable conditions), we may offer a partial refund or provide an alternative service. Any such requests must be made within 48 hours of the service.
Deposits and Advance Payments: Any deposit or advance paid to confirm appointments for services like bridal makeovers and special packages is non-refundable in the case of cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled date.
3. Service Changes and Substitutions
In the case that a service cannot be provided as requested due to unforeseen circumstances, Srujana Makeovers reserves the right to offer an alternative service. If the alternative is not acceptable, we will discuss available options, including a refund or rescheduling.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim to provide the best beauty services and customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us immediately, and we will work to address your concerns. While refunds are generally not offered, we will do our best to find an appropriate solution, including complimentary touch-ups or an alternative service.
5. No Refund for Packages or Offers
Packages or special promotional offers are non-refundable. However, they may be rescheduled or exchanged based on availability and the terms of the offer.
6. Payment for Services
Full payment for services must be made on the day of service, and all charges are final once the service is completed.
We accept payments via cash, debit/credit cards, and online payment methods.
